Our 2023-24 Annual General Meeting and Presentation Dinner will be held at the club between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm on Saturday 27 July 2024, including a sit-down roast dinner and dessert. First drinks are on the house!
This function is open to members and invited guests.
- 4:45pm Arrive
- 5:00pm Annual General Meeting
- 6:00pm Close of AGM. Dinner guests arrive. Pre dinner drinks and nibbles served
- 6:30pm Presentation of Club Championship Awards
- 7:00pm Main Course
- 8:00pm Encouragement and Appreciation Awards
- 8:30pm Coffee and Dessert
- 9:30pm Close
