Teams racing is an exciting way to practice and improve:

  • starting,
  • mark rounding and
  • racing rules.

Here are some of the key innovations that will make it an exciting day for all

  • All classes and skippers at all levels can participate
  • The Sailing Committee will allocate each boat to a team of 3, either
    • (a) 1 x Pacers and 2 Herons or
    • (b) 1 x NS14/Tasar and 2 x Laser
  • Each team will compete in 3 short races (approx. 10 mins) on a rectangular course
  • Two teams will compete in each race (i.e. total of 6 boats in each race)
  • Both starting and finishing will be conducted from the West End pontoon.
